If you are new to cooking, worry not, as this brandy chicken recipe is not at all difficult to prepare. All you need are tender chicken and brandy to make this yummy treat.
One of the tips to keep in mind when you prepare this brandy chicken is to make sure not to add too much of brandy to the dish. Too much of brandy will make the chicken gravy turn sour after sometime.

Ingredients
- Chicken - ½ kg (boneless, boiled)
- Flour - 1 ½ cup
- Chicken Broth - 1 cup
- Brandy - ¼ cup
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Lemon - 1 ( juice)
- Olive Oil - 4 tbsp
- Parsley - ½ (chopped)
- Pepper - 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Procedure
- To begin this yummy recipe, you need to fry the boneless pieces of chicken with one tablespoon of olive oil in a pan.
- Fry the chicken till it turns a little golden brown in colour.
- When you have allowed the chicken to fry properly in the olive oil, add the chicken broth.
- Allow the broth to cook well with the boneless fried chicken in the pan.
- When the broth begins to boil, add to the pan the lemon juice, butter, pepper and salt. Now mix all the ingredients well.
- When the ingredients are cooking over a medium flame, add the flour and stir it continuously. Add a little more broth to the pan and keep stirring.
- After 10 minutes of cooking over a medium flame, drop in the brandy all around the sides of the pan. Let it cook for about 3 minutes and then switch the flame off.
- Garnish the brandy chicken with chopped parsley.
Your brandy chicken is now ready to eat. Make sure to deck your dining table with red candles. This will add to the romance and make your night truly memorable.
