Bandish-E-Nazrana Recipe For Meat Lovers

Bandish-E-Nazrana is a novel recipe which is purely for the meat eaters. It is a special non-vegetarian dish which has a great combination of chicken, prawns, and fish. As the name states Bandish-E-Nazrana, it means presentable and too good to look at.

Due to the number of ingredients, it is a more delicious recipe. The sweet and spicy sauces make the recipe a bit tangy and adds flavour to our taste buds. Bandish-E-Nazrana is highly nutritious and even healthy, as it is cooked and grilled in a microwave. It is a microwave recipe so it is essential to use micro safe bowls. Let us take a look at the recipe which that has a delicious blend of three non-vegetarian items and saucy curd.

Bandish-E-Nazrana Recipe For Meat Lovers

Serves: 4-5
Preparation time: 40 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes

Chicken Tartlets

Ingredients

  • Chicken paste- 500gms
  • Onion- 2 (chopped)
  • Ginger-garlic paste- 2tsp
  • Green chillies- 4 (chopped)
  • Garam masala- 3tsp
  • Red chilli powder- 1tsp
  • Mustard oil- 2tbsp
  • Muffin shaped cups- 4
  • Salt- as per taste

Procedure

  • Firstly, clean the chicken pieces thoroughly.
  • Remove the bones and grind the chicken flesh so that it forms into a smooth paste.
  • Now take a big deep bottomed bowl and add the chicken paste into it.
  • Add chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, red chilli powder and mix thoroughly.
  • Pour 2tbsp of oil in the bowl and keep it aside for about 5 minutes to marinate.
  • Now preheat the oven for about a minute.
  • Pour the marinated paste in the muffin cups and bake in preheated oven for around 10 minutes on 180 C.

Golden Prawn

Ingredients

  • Prawns- 300gms
  • Mustard seeds- 1tsp
  • Green Chillies- 2 (slit)
  • Turmeric powder- 1tsp
  • Mustard oil- 2tbsp
  • Salt- as per taste

Procedure

  • Wash the prawns properly to remove the salt content present in it.
  • In a bowl marinate the prawns with mustard seeds, green chillies, turmeric powder, mustard oil and salt.
  • Leave the marinated prawns till the other part of the recipe is cooked.

Green Fish Balls

Ingredients

  • Bhekti (white fish)- 300gms (paste)
  • Coriander leaf- 1 cup (paste)
  • Ginger-garlic paste- 4tsp
  • Garam masala- 3tsp
  • Green chillies- 4-5
  • Mustard oil- 2tbsp
  • Salt- as per taste

Procedure

  • Remove the scales of Bhekti fish and then wash it thoroughly.
  • Now make a paste of the cleaned fish.
  • Add ¼th of the coriander paste, 2tsp of ginger-garlic paste, 1tbsp of oil, salt and make a smooth mixture.
  • Now, make small balls out of the mixture.
  • Place the leftover oil in a micro safe bowl and heat it for about a minute.
  • Add the remaining coriander paste, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, salt to the heated oil. Again cook it high for about 2 minutes.
  • Pour ½ cup of water to the above made paste so that a thin paste is formed. Now add the fish balls to the bowl and again heat it for 4 minutes.

Tangy Sweet and Spicy Sauce

Ingredients

  • Curd- 200gms
  • Sweet curd- 200gms
  • Lemon juice- 2tbsp
  • Lemon zest- 1 (grated)
  • Green chillies- 2 (chopped)
  • Mustard seeds- 4-5
  • White vegetable oil- 1tbsp
  • Red chilli flakes- 1tsp
  • Salt- as per taste

Procedure

Take a bowl add curd and sweet curd to it.
Whisk the curd properly and then add lemon juice, chopped green chillies, mustard seeds (tempered), oil, and salt.
Mix the ingredients well and the tangy sweet and spicy sauce is ready.

After all the recipes are prepared it is time for assembling.

  • In a micro safe bowl place the chicken cups, green fish balls and the marinated prawn.
  • Now grill it for about 6 minutes.
  • Serve hot with sweet and spicy curd sauce.
