Beef Stew Recipe – Authentic Christmas Dinner Recipe

Ingredients:

1.1 pound beef (cut into small cubes)

2.1/2 cup flour (any flour)

3.1 tsp pepper powder (optional)

4.1/2 tsp ginger (finely ground)

5.1/2 tsp onion powder

6.1/2 tsp salt

7.2 tsp vegetable oil

8.Finely chopped Celery

9.1 onion (nicely diced)

10.3 cups beef (broth - cooked meat water)

11.1 sweet potato (peeled and cut into cubes)

12. 3 carrots (finely chopped)

13. 2 potatoes (peeled cut into small cubes)

14.1/2 cup beans

15.Tomato juice

Preparation:

1.Thoroughly mix beef cubes, flour, ginger, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a plastic bowl and set aside.

2.In a large pan, heat oil over medium flame. Add chopped celery and onion, fry until tender. Add the beef and any excess flour, fry well. You can add some more oil to bake the beef.

3.Continue cooking until beef is lightly brown. Add beef broth, stir well and cover the pan and bake on simmer for half an hour.

4.Add all the vegetables (except tomatoes) listed above and bake for another half an hour. Add tomatoes and cook for just 10 minutes after adding tomatoes.

5.Tasty Beef stew recipe is ready to serve. The recipe serves 5.
