Egg White Oatmeal Omelette | Recipe | Protein Rich

Ingredients

  • Oatmeal- 1 cup
  • Egg Whites- 4
  • Pepper- ½ tsp
  • Milk- ½ cup
  • Olive oil- 1tsp
  • Oregano- ½ tsp
  • Cheese- ½ cube (grated)
  • Cilantro- 2 stalks (for garnishing)
  • Salt- add if needed

Procedure

  1. Warm the milk on a low flame.
  2. Then add the oatmeal into it and mix it up uniformly.
  3. Add the egg whites to the oats.
  4. You can season it with pepper right away or add pepper later on.
  5. Heat olive oil on a low flame.
  6. Then pour the oats and eggs batter over the pan.
  7. Cook the omelette on both sides for a couple of minute each.
  8. Sprinkle pepper and oregano on the omelette. You can also add the grated cheese.
  9. You have to garnish the egg white and oatmeal omelette with cilantro stalks.
  10. Egg White Oatmeal Omelette is now ready to eat.
