Stuffed mushrooms with crab, appetizer recipe:
1 cup medium sized mushrooms
1 cup flaked crab meat
2 green onions
1 clove garlic
' cup dry bread crumbs
2 tsp lemon juice
Directions to make stuffed mushroom with crab
1. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. In a food processor, chop the mushroom stems with green onions, garlic and 1 mushroom cap.
2. Preheat oven to 350 F. Now heat 2 tbsp butter in a pan. Add mushroom mixture in the pan and cook till the vegetables become soft.
3. When the vegetables become soft, remove from the flame and then add flaked crab, bread crumbs, lemon juice and salt.
4. Now apply vegetable oil on the bottom of mushroom caps and then fill the caps with the stuffing. Sprinkle paprika and serve in plate.
