APPETIZER

Deviled Eggs (Meal for 6 people)

Ingredients

Plain salt biscuits 1 Pack

Eggs (boiled and peeled) 10

Onions 2 (if small)

Tomatoes 2 (if small)

Mayonnaise 3tbsp

Paprika For garnishing

Coriander Leaves For garnishing

Salt and Pepper According to taste


Directions to make deviled eggs, Easter appetizer recipe:

Place biscuits on a serving tray, one next to the other.

Slice eggs length wise into two halves. Remove the egg yolk with the help of a spoon. Place all the egg yolks in a bowl and add mayonnaise to it.

Now add chopped onions, tomatoes, salt and pepper to it and mix well.

Finely, fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.

Garnish with coriander leaves, paprika and serve.
