Ingredients

1-2 cups pasta
8-10 eggs
1 onion sliced
1 capsicum sliced
1 carrot sliced
2-4 asparagus stalk, trimmed and cut crosswise
3-4 green chillies sliced into two halves
salt
1/2 cup grated cheese
1tsp black pepper grounded
2tbsp oil/butter

Directions to make easy egg pasta recipe:

1. Boil water in a large saucepan. Add pasta, salt and oil. Stir and let the pasta cook. Drain and keep aside.

2. In a bowl, whisk eggs and add black pepper and salt.

3. In a pan, heat oil or butter. Add onion, capsicum, carrot, asparagus and green chillies. Saute till the vegetables become soft and looks little cooked. Now add the whisked egg mixture and softly set it. You can even scramble by sauting it.

4. Now add salt, little black pepper and oiled pasta. Mix well and put it off flame after 2-3 minutes. (Another way of adding egg can be by making an omelette and serving it over the pasta).

Egg pasta recipe is ready. Garnish with grated cheese and serve it hot!
