Amazon India Couture Week 2015: Anju Modi Persian Collection 'Kashish'
'Bajirao Mastani' inspires Anju Modi's AICW 2015 collection, Kashish. Looking through the collection we thought there would be some outfits from the movie showcased on the ramp at Amazon India Couture Week 2015. But, to our luck, this entire collection of Modi's is new.
Drawn from the Persian culture, the ramp as you will see is filled with bright colours, contemporary palace prints defining royalty at it's best. The rich textile heritage and design legacy is seen in this couture line showcased on day 3 at the AICW 2015. The models walking the ramp portray bits and pieces of the Persian influence, because it is a mixture of Indian sensibilities.
Anju Modi's AICW 2015 Kashish collection is of an ancient civilization. Each of these pieces have a history of heritage, tradition. We have fallen in love with the rich architectural patterns and Mughal motifs.
Here are some of the best from the line on day at AICW 2015, take a look:

Each of Anju Modi's outfits had a rich meaning to it. This printed lehenga with a gold border and crimson silk dupatta looked priceless.

Heavy Work On Suits
One of the things that took our breath away in the Anju Modi collection at AICW 2015 is the usage of silver and gold colours. It was perfectly blended.
High Cholis
The lehenga features a high collar with heavy accessories. Don't forget to pay notice to the sheer dupatta as well.
