Colours To Wear During Monsoon
The rains always look beautiful when you are watching it pouring from the comfort of your home. But when it is time to step out, the whole perception changes. The very same rains become troublesome.
What colours to choose for monsoon can always be a difficult proposition. If you happen to wear a white or light coloured dress during a rainy day, you are in for a big trouble.
This brings us to the next big question: what are the colours of monsoon that are not only good looking but also easy to manage. It is true that not all colours suit everyone but the huge range of colour shades has something for everyone. Besides, if you are comfortable enough to carry a colour, then all shades are yours.
People often look for the changes that take place in the fashion world. Fashion tips for monsoon is no different. But these fashion tips are often of a generalised nature. It is up to you to understand them and customise them as per your needs. We would like to touch upon one small but significant issue – colours of monsoon.
The monotony of these colours can only be broken by one’s dresses.
What colour to choose
Orange: It is a warm colour, gives a comforting look and is bright at the same time. This makes it one of the favourable colours for the monsoons.
Yellow: There are numerous shades of yellow with some being very light, while some being quite dark. During monsoons, it is best to go for the darker shades to avoid any kind of staining. Besides, a yellow shade carries with itself a comforting feeling.
Blue: The grey clouds form a blanket over the blue skies and that one bright colour is missed for a couple of months. Why not include this blue in your dressing and make up for the loss. Blue is always a safe colour to choose irrespective of occasion or place.
Pink: It need not be the baby pink, which is rather light in colour. But adding a darker shade of pink to your wardrobe can definitely add a little spark to the dull and gloomy monsoon days.
Red: This is one hot and dominating colour. You can wear it as a dress or accessory; either as a sole shade or in a combination of contrasting colours. Red is a colour that stands out among all and immediately lights up the surroundings.

Brown: The water everywhere around carries dust and mud which is not very pleasant to look at. Wearing a similar colour would only add on to the dull feeling.
Grey: The grey blanket overhead gives a rather gloomy feeling. In such conditions, if you step out wearing grey, you will only be gelling in with the grey clouds and the mood they carry with them.
