Cannes Film Festival 2014 has finally come to an end. And we can breathe a sigh of relief as we bid adieu to 12 days of unabashed fashion fiesta. The best and the brightest of the world show off their fashionable side at this prestigious film festival. And from the Indian point of view, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has always been a shinning beacon. The former Miss World missed her flight to Nice and got delayed in transit thereby missing her first appearance at Cannes Film Festival 2014. So we saw Aishwarya Rai at Cannes 2014 for the first time on May 20 when she walked for L'Oreal.

Aishwarya Rai wore only gowns this year at Cannes. Usually, Ash always wears at least one Indian outfit or at least an Indo-Western outfit at the French Film Festival every year. However, this year, Aishwarya Rai wore 3 stunning gowns and ditched the sarees and lehengas. Aishwarya Rai wore Roberto Cavalli more than once during the festival. This casual day look was how Ash was spotted for the first time at Cannes 2014. She wore a pair of white denims with a printed jacket and a white top.

Head-to-toe Roberto Cavalli

This day look of Ash was a designed by Roberto Cavalli from top to toe. The jacket was Resort 2014 collection and the top she wore under it was also from Roberto Cavalli.

In White Pant Suit

Aishwarya Rai looked stunning in this white pant suit that was completely simple. All the other L'Oreal girls are wearing dresses but Aishwarya Rai seems to be the odd one out in a suit.

Even for her second appearance on the red carpet, Aishwarya Rai chose a simple Roberto Cavalli gown. She wore this sleeveless silver white gown that was embellished with sequins. She completed the look with dazzling diamond earrings.

On the first day, Ash surprised us by wearing no jewellery at all. But on the second occasion, Aishwarya looked stunning is chandelier diamond earrings and dainty diamond bangles.

Ash In Armani

Aishwarya Rai looked splendid in a shimmering white gown that was from Armani Prive. This was the only outfit from Ash's Cannes 2014 wardrobe that was not from Roberto Cavalli. The gown has a beautifully layers neckline and Ash wore it at the amfAR Cinema Against Aids Gala.

What we found really novel in this look of Aishwarya Rai are the earrings. These Chopard earrings were very classy and different from what we are used to seeing on the red carpet.

Ash looked smart in black leggings and a black overcoat. She also carried a bright yellow tote bag with her while she left from Cannes.
