Using tea bags can be helpful in treating the puffy eye condition easily. You should take two used tea bags and place them in the refrigerator for 30-50 minutes. Then, place those cold tea bags on your eyes and relax for sometime. Sit back and relax for 15-30 minutes. Repeat this remedy for two times in a day to get rid of the puffy eyes.
Using potatoes can be the next effective remedy to treat puffy eyes. Because potatoes contain anti-inflammatory properties, they help to treat the under-eye bags easily. This remedy is effective in treating puffy eyes completely in a day or two. Take a medium-sized potato and grate it and put the gratings in a piece of clean cloth. Now, when the cloth socks the potato juice, place it on the eyes. Then, sit back and relax for 15 minutes. Wash off with cold water later.
Using chilled cucumber slices can be one among the effective remedies to treat puffiness of the eyes. Due to active enzymes and astringent properties found in cucumber, it can help to reduce inflammation around the eye. Cut thick slices of cucumber and place them in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Then, place the chilled cucumber on your eyes and relax. Repeat the process several times to banish those puffy eyes for good.

Dip some cotton pads in some chilled milk and then place them on your eyes. Relax for 10-20 minutes and repeat the process several times. Using milk can help to rejuvenate your eye and also cool them off.
5. Egg Whites
Due to the skin-tightening properties present in egg whites, it can help to banish under-eye bags, as well as help to prevent wrinkles around the eye area. Take one egg and separate the yolk and egg white in a bowl. Now, whip the egg white thoroughly until it gets to a stiff consistency. Then, add a few drops of coconut oil and witch hazel oil. Then, using a brush or cotton swabs, apply this solution around the eye area. Wait for some time and then wash off with cold water.
6. Chilled Water & Spoon
Puffiness of eye can be treated with the help of chilled water and spoon. Dip a spoon in chilled water and place it on the eyes. Meanwhile, keep another spoon in the cold water, so that it gets chilled easily. Keep switching the spoons until you feel relaxed.
