In fact, a recent study says that most of today's young people are developing sagging skin much before they cross the age of 35.

Well, researchers say that the growing pollution and lifestyle changes like smoking, drinking and insomnia can be responsible for this change.

Well, apart from trying expensive creams and lotions, is there any other natural way to prevent or treat sagging skin? Here are some tips for sagging skin that dermatologists recommend.

Yes, strawberry is wonderful natural astringent. Crush a strawberry and use it like a face pack to tighten your skin.

Cucumber

Slice a cucumber and wipe your face with it. Its juice will tighten your skin and prevent sagging.

Yoghurt

Yoghurt

Mix a teaspoon to a tea spoon of egg white and apply it on your face. Wash after 15 minutes. This will prevent sagging skin.

Cinnamon

Mix cinnamon powder with a spoon of turmeric powder and olive oil. If you wish to scrub your face, add a pinch of sugar to it and try it on your face.

Rice

Mix a spoon of rose water in a spoon of rice powder and use it as a face pack. Wash it after 10 minutes.

Papaya

Use papaya paste on your face and wash it after 5 minutes. The antioxidants in the papaya will slow down the ageing.
