Never thought your ever-reliable nutritious apple can do more than satiate your hunger, right? Neither did we!
Apple contains a rich amount of vitamins A and B complex, which slough off the dead skin layers, close pores, stimulate blood flow and reveal a clear skin from underneath.
Apple also packs a powerful punch of vitamin C that improves the elasticity of the skin, which in turn improves the skin's resilience!
Other that that, the antioxidant ratio found in apple forms a protective layer on the skin against skin cell-damaging UV rays, repairs damaged skin cells and promotes regeneration of new skin tissues.
What's more, the natural acid present in apple also purifies the skin from deep within, reduces blemishes, kills infection-causing bacteria and dries out the acne!
