Massage These 2 Ingredients Just Before Sleep & Wake Up To Glowing Skin!

This 2-ingredient glowing skin face mask is all you need for a crystal clear skin!

By Kumutha

We envy those genetically blessed women who wake up to skin that is glowing, supple and smooth, unlike our skin which looks stripped of its shine, lustre and life!

What if we say, there is a nightly ritual that will take not more than 5 minutes of your time, is all organic, and when done diligently can literally transform your skin. Would you try it? No hitches. This 2-ingredient glowing skin face mask does precisely that!

Before we proceed to the DIY mask for radiant skin, take a good close look at your skin, assess its condition. Is it overtly dry? Or oily perhaps, with dry patch around your mouth? And the confusing of them all, combination skin!

Knowing your skin will help take care of it better. And enable you to tweak the content of this mask to work for your skin type. Remember, no one ingredient works the same on different skin types!

The ingredients included in this mask are rosehip oil and coconut oil. Rosehip oil is a rich source of omega3, 6 and 9 fatty acids. It repairs damaged skin cells and promotes the regeneration of new skin tissues.

It also packs a powerful punch of vitamin C, which brightens the skin, reduces pigmentation and restores the skin's tone.

Coconut oil, on the other hand, contains antibacterial properties that clear the skin of acne and pimples. It is high on antioxidants, which locks in the moisture better, boosting the skin's collagen count!

Now, let's take a look at how to improve your skin tone naturally with these 2 ingredients.

Step 1:

rosehip oil

In a bowl, take 5 drops of coconut oil and mix it with 3 drops of rosehip oil. Using a fork, stir it a couple of times to blend it well.

Step 2:

vitamin E

If you have excessively dry skin, and need some extra moisture, prick a vitamin E capsule and squeeze out the gel. Mix it with the ingredients. It will leave your skin glossy and baby soft.

Step 3:

cleanse skin

Cleanse your skin well with a light face wash. Pat dry with a microfiber towel or an old t-shirt. Avoid rubbing your skin with a towel, as it can cause irritation and, not to mention, fine lines.

Step 4:

massage face

Apply the solution evenly onto your face and neck. Slap your skin a few times gently to stimulate flow. Massage the mask onto your skin in upward strokes, moving it outwards. Follow the same technique on your neck. Do this for 5 to 10 minutes, until the oils soak well into the skin.

Step 5:

aloe vera

Leave the mask overnight. In the morning, your skin will be supple and glowing. If you have oily skin, tweak the content. And avoid using vitamin E gel and switch it with aloe vera gel instead. Follow your usual bathing ritual later.

Step 6:

scrub

Apply this mask, every night, for best results. And for the mask to penetrate deep into the skin layers, don't forget to scrub your face once every week.

Do give this easy rosehip oil mask for clear skin a try and let us know how it worked for you.
