It can transform your skin. We ain't making claims here, as we have done our research and this is what we found out. Flax seeds are rich omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acid content.

These acids penetrate deep into skin layers, they hydrate the skin, making it supple and smooth. Furthermore, flax seed is a rich source of vitamins A, B and E, which together form a powerful antioxidant. It sloughs off dead skin layers, shrinks pores, reduces oil secretion, lifts and firms up the skin.

Flax seed mask also helps remove wrinkles. It improves the collagen count of the skin, which in turn increases elasticity, keeping fine lines at bay.

Before using flax seed to lift skin, there are a few things you need to keep in mind. Never apply the seed raw, without grinding it, as it will prevent the nutrient within the seed from reaching your skin.
