Take 3 to 5 dates and remove the seeds. Dates tend to accumulate dirt easily, so rinse it thoroughly with water.
Boil half a cup of milk on low flame for 5 minutes. Turn off the flame and add dates to the milk. Let it soak for half an hour.
When the dates are tender; using little milk, grind it into a fine paste.
Add a tablespoon of semolina or suji to the mixture, and whip it until you get a grainy paste. Add a tablespoon of honey and a few drops of primrose oil to the mixture. Mix until everything blends well.
