Over-plucked, badly tweezed and uneven eyebrows? Join the club because you ain't the only one! We all have faced the situation at some point or the other in our lives, which brings us to the real question - can your eyebrows grow back?

eyebrows

To find the answers, we did a lot of research and scoured through the internet. And here is what we found.

Unlike hair on your head, your eyebrows do not grow just as quickly. Each person has an individual growth rate, wherein if for one person it may grow out quickly, for others it can take anywhere between 3 and 6 months.

Your hair goes through three phases of growth - The Anagen phase, the Catagen phase and the Telogen phase. More like growth-fall-growth-again phase.

And when you repeatedly pluck out the eyebrows, the cycle gets disrupted. This is especially so for certain areas, where you keep ripping out hairs. Stunting growth. Often triggering a condition called traction alopecia, semi-permanent loss, which makes twice as hard to grow back hair.

What you need to do? Stop plucking eyebrows altogether. Even if you have bushy-wild-caterpillars for eyebrows for a while, deal with it. It will be all worth it! For skinny eyebrows is 90's, thick dark eyebrows is what is in!

For that added nudge, here are 6 home remedies to grow your eyebrows that show results!
