1. Stop Washing Your Face All The Time

Sebum is produced by the body to lubricate the skin for protection. Washing the face again and again strips off the vital oils from the skin and the lack of such oils leads to further production of it. Thus, use a gentle face wash not more than twice a day.

2. Clay Mask

Make a face mask with rose water and fuller's earth and use it every once in a week. It will help in tightening up the pores and hence, reducing the oil.

3. Lemon Juice

Lemon is known for its rejuvenating properties and is extremely helpful to treat oily skin without any application of beauty products. All you need to do is mix equal parts of cucumber juice and lemon juice and apply it on your skin. Leave it to dry and rinse after that. Repeat this process regularly.

4. Aloe-vera

Aloe-vera can work wonders for your skin by absorbing the excess oil. You can apply aloe vera gel 2-3 times a day and let it dry. If you keep the gel in the fridge before use, it would help keep the skin cool and refreshed.

5. Cornstarch

Cornstarch is very beneficial in drying up the oil patches. Mix some cornstarch in luke warm water and apply on the face. Leave it till it dries off and then rinse with some luke warm water.

6. Salt

Everybody is quite aware of the drying capabilities of the salt. Hence, it plays a great role in the removal of oil from the skin. Add a tea spoon of salt in some water and with the help of a spray bottle spray it all over your face. Do it every day to attain a clear skin.

7. Apple

Mix equal amount of mashed apple and oatmeal with some egg white and lemon juice. Keep it on your face for 15 minutes and then rinse off with cool water.
