If you don't change your pillow case frequently then it may cause skin infection that leads to acne. Your pillow case may accumulate many bacteria and dead skin cells causing acne. Your face rests on the pillowcase during the whole night, so first thing to do is to change your pillow case.
Addiction To Coffee
If you drink too much coffee then you are at high risk of developing skin acne. Coffee keeps you active by stimulating brain but at the same time can cause excess oil production in your skin and cause acne.
Wearing Wrong Fabrics
Clothes made of nylon, polyester, and lycra tend to trap the bacteria and dead cells. Since no air is passed through these fabrics these bacteria remain on the clothing and can cause skin infections including acne. The close contact of these clothes with you face causes acne.
