Toner Could Be Bad

Exercise
In order to get that flawless skin one must exercise regularly. Exercising increases blood flow and helps flush the toxins out of the body.
Wash Those Brushes
Applying makeup daily is bad for skin, yes we all know but applying makeup daily with a dirty brush can cause a havoc to your skin. Always remember to regularly clean your makeup brush. That is the first step to look good.
Stress Less
Stress can be very bad for your health and skin. If a person is in stress then it is always shown on the face. De-stress by lighting a lavender candle as it lowers the blood pressure and also slows the heart rate making you calmer instantly.
Exfoliating
Exfoliating your skin is a good thing but one should know when and how to do it. Exfoliate your skin just once a week and never ever more than that. It can wreck your skin badly.
Eating Right
What you eat goes straight up to your skin making your skin good or bad depending on what you eat. Always include leafy veggies, walnuts and food high on antioxidants in your diet as they clear your skin to a healthy one.
Avoid Alcohol And Caffeine
Yes, we all need that share of alcohol and coffee to pull us through various situations but what effect does it have on your skin ever wondered? Too much of alcohol and caffeine can dehydrate your skin badly and make them look old, saggy and dull.
