Proper diet
Diet is very important when you are looking for an acne-free skin. To remove all the acne along the skin or to avoid it from occurring, you need to have balanced diet. Your diet should contain the necessary proteins and vitamins that are important for healthy skin and hair.
Don’t touch your face
Many of us have a habit of touching the skin regularly. It may seem normal to you, but when you keep touching your face regularly, you are actually allowing acne to grow along your skin. You are aggravating and escalating the problem by touching your face.
