Home remedies to get rid of age spots on legs:

Moisturise: You always moisturise the skin on your face and hands. Do not forget your legs. Lack of moisture in the skin leads to aging spots. Apply body lotion or a moisturiser twice a day; once after taking bath and once before hitting the bed. Let the skin pores absorb the lotion from the top layer (epidermis). Do not wear anything on your legs for 15-20 minutes after applying the lotion. The skin pores take time to absorb moisture so that age spots can fade away. So, you can only see the best results after 1 month.

Pack: You can make a pack to cure age spots on your legs. Mix lemon juice with apple cider vinegar and sugar. Apply on your legs and gently scrub it for 8-10 minutes. Now wash with cold water and pat dry with a clean towel. Do not be harsh while wiping water from the skin.

Bleach: Many women prefer bleaching to get rid of aging and dark spots on their legs. However, bleaching is just a temporary method to get rid of spots on the skin. Bleach can also burn your skin so, it is best to opt for natural remedies. Lemon is a natural bleach that can be a great substitute for chemical bleaching products. Scrub a slice of lemon every day on your legs and leave it for 3 minutes. Rinse with warm water and then apply a moisturiser. Lemon tends to dry the skin so, make sure you apply a moisturiser or body lotion after scrubbing.

Apple cider vinegar: It is one of the most effective home remedies. Just mix few drops of apple cider vinegar in water while taking bath. You can also wash your legs with cider vinegar once a day regularly. Apple cider vinegar promotes new skin growth, takes out dead skin cells and cures aging spots.

These are few home remedies to get rid of age spots on your legs. Have lots of water to stay hydrated and maintain a healthy skin.
