1. Avocado Honey Facial

  1. 1 tablespoon honey
  2. 1 egg yolk
  3. 1 cup mashed avocado

Beat the egg yolk and add mashed avocado with a teaspoon of honey and blend well. Apply the mask all over the face and leave it for about 20 minutes to dry. Wash face with a cold water. The Vitamin E, proteins and fat in avocados will retain moisture in skin and prevent aging. The fruit facial is best for hot climate.

2. Banana Facial

  1. 1 ripe banana mashed
  2. 1 tbsp honey
  3. 2-3 tsps of fresh cream or lemon juice

Combine banana with honey and cream or lemon juice (oily skin can opt lemon) well and massage well on face. The vitamins like A, B, C and E in banana soothes and smoothens the skin. Leave the mask to dry for about 15 minutes and rinse face well.

3. Strawberry Facial

  1. 1 strawberry puree
  2. 2 tsps curd
  3. 1 tsp corn starch

Mix the above ingredients well and apply it all over. After 20 minutes wash and massage face will icy water. This locks the pours with the strawberry extracts. Berries contain salicyclic acid that bleaches face, starch absorbs moisture and cream fills up the fine wrinkles.

4. Peach Facial

  1. 1 Peach puree, ripe, peeled, pitted
  2. 1 Egg white
  3. 1 tsp powdered oats

Whip the peach and egg white using a blender and apply the paste to the face. The alpha hydroxy acid in peach renews skin. Heals skin irritation and provides natural moisture.
