Cleansing Massage Techniques For Clear Skin
Cleansing massage techniques:
1. Wash the face with a gentle face wash to cleanse the skin from dust. Dry it with a towel.
2. Before applying cleansing oil, wash the face with warm water or take steam for 15 minutes to open the pores.
3. Almond, lavender and olive oil are effective essential oils. Mix lavender oil with glycerin and rose water.
4. With the help of fingertips, apply the cleansing oil solution on the face and neck.
5. Apply on the neck also. Start the massage from the neck and move upwards towards the face. Massage the face in clockwise direction and anti-clockwise direction.
6. Add little water and make the skin wet. Gently use fingertips to cover the nose sides and carefully massage under the eyes.
7. In circular motions, cover the skin around the eyes. Horizontal movement is an effective technique for forehead cleansing massage. Use fingertips and massage the forehead with little pressure. Move down towards the nose edge.
8. Massage the upper and lower lips gently with the fingertips and take more oil if required. Leave the face for 10-15 minutes. Massage again for 3-4 minutes and then rinse off face with cold water. You can leave the oil on the face or use face wash to have an oil free skin.
