Quick Heal For Chicken Pox Scars

Spring/summer is said to be the most beautiful season but this season also comes with a lot of illness which is basically caused due to climatic changes. One of the patent illness of the Spring/Summer season is Chicken Pox. Chicken Pox a rash illness which is caused by a virus. It is highly contagious and spreads through air and to someone who comes in contact with the residue. A person suffers chicken pox for 10-20 days and after cure, it leaves behind ugly scars. Chicken pox scars stay on for a long time and the person who suffers severe form of the disease, are often left with the scars for a lifetime. To avoid it, here are some home remedies for chicken pox scars -

1.One of the best home remedies for chicken pox scars is the green pea water. Boil one cup of green pea in two cups of water. Then strain it and let the water cool down. Bathe your scars with this water and you will soon see the scars lighten. It also reduces the irritation.

2.Mix a spoon of baking soda in a cup of water and with the help of a cotton sponge it on the scar area. When the water dries off, baking soda keeps sticking to the skin and this reduces the itchiness, irritation and also treats the chicken pox scar.

3.One of the oldest home remedies for chicken pox scar is the use of honey. Apply honey on the scar several times a day and wash it off with water. This heals the scars within few days.

4.Put few drops of black vinegar in the bathing water. Soak yourself in it for twenty minutes for quick healing of the scars.

5.Make a pack of yogurt, oatmeal powder and lemon juice. Apply this on the affected area and let the pack dry. Wash it off later with cold water. This will heal the scars soon.

6.Application of Vitamin E oil is also a well known home remedy for chicken pox scars. Vitamin E cures the scar and also heals it.
