Twisted Testicles
The condition in which the testicles are twisted in the scrotum is known as twisted testicles. When you wear tight-fitting jeans daily, the spermatic cord attached to the testicles cannot move freely. This restricted movement can cause the spermatic cord to cut off the blood supply leading to testicle torsion and requires an immediate surgery. This is one of the reasons why tight jeans don’t suit men.

Low Sperm Count
Wearing tight-fitting denims continuously for a prolonged period can cause a decrease in the sperm count. Tight jeans may increase the temperature of the testicles, which in turn affects the sperm count. The increased temperature in the testicles is not suitable for the sperm production. Therefore, tight jeans or underwear can cause a considerable decrease in the sperm count.

Urinary Tract Infections
Another reason, why tight jeans don’t suit men is that by wearing skinny denim are more prone to urinary tract infections. Tight-fitting denim traps moisture and may allow the growth of bacteria in the groin are, causing urinary tract infection. This is why tight jeans don’t suit men as they are at the risk of getting affected with bladder conditions.

Fungal Infections
Wearing tight jeans continuously can restrict the movements in the groin area. The moisture gets trapped in these areas, often leading to fungal infections or yeast infections. Fungi thrive on moisture and you may develop severe itching, inflammation or redness in the groin area. Usually this happens during summer when the relative humidity is high.

Nerve Problems
A strange but true fact about wearing skinny jeans is that it can cause serious nerve problem known as Tingling Thigh Syndrome. In this condition, the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve that runs across the sides of your thigh gets compressed eventually cutting it off.

The prolonged wearing of tight jeans may cause tingling and numbness across your thighs and causes the trapping of nerves and slowly the nerves get cut off.
