Our hair is basically made from proteins, and to remain healthy, they need essential nutrients that we include in our diet.

If we do not follow a nutritious diet, then our hair can definitely be affected and problems like hair fall, split ends, dryness, dandruff, etc, can occur.

Split ends are nothing but splitting of the tip of your hair, which can be caused by protein or vitamin deficiencies, excess use of chemical hair products, styling of hair using heating irons or curlers, etc.

Along with following a healthy diet, you can also pamper your tresses with homemade hair masks that can help repair damaged hair and get rid of split ends.
