You will need 3 -4 hibiscus flowers, a handful of leaves,, one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds and coconut oil.
Grind the flowers and the leaves to one paste. In a vessel, add coconut oil and add the paste of the hibiscus. Heat the contents on a medium flame. Keep stirring the oil and the paste. Now drop in the fenugreek seeds and allow them to pop. When done, store this ayurvedic oil. When needed, heat a little oil and massage your hair and scalp.
Tulsi Hair Oil - If you are suffering from any scalp problems, this ayurvedic oil is the best. It also makes the hair shiner and healthier from the root to the tip.
You will need tulsi powder,coconut oil, water, fenugreek seeds.
Take two tablespoon of tulsi powder. Add a little water to the powder to make a paste.
In a vessel, add the coconut oil and when it starts to boil, add the tulsi paste. Keep stirring the oil.
Now add the fenugreek seeds and allow it to splutter.
When done, strain the oil and store this ayurvedic oil for your hair in a glass container in a cool place.
Amla Oil - This is one of the best ingredients you can use on your hair to treat hair fall, premature greying and other hair problems. To prepare this healthy ayurvedic hair oil for your tresses, here is the recipe, take a look.
You will need amla powder, coconut oil and water.
In a bowl, add amla powder and water. After 15 minutes of it boiling, switch the stove off and allow the water to cool. Strain the water and keep aside.
Now take a little amla powder and using a teaspoon of water, make a paste.
In another vessel, add the alma water, coconut oil and the paste. Keep stirring this mixture until it gets thick. After 15 minutes of it boiling, switch the stove off. You can now use this healthy ayurvedic oil for your hair when lukewarm.
