Daily Head Bath
Many of us believe that hard water is the main cause of hairfall. That is why we don't take a head bath everyday. Taking a head bath 3-4 times a week is pretty common. But in summers you need to bath from head to toe everyday. When you take a head bath, your scalps remains healthy as the heat under the skin is released.
Scarf It Up
Don't allow your hair to suffer the wrath of direct sunlight during the day. Cover up your hair with a scarf or hat.
