If in the past it were the women who flocked to parlours for beauty treatments, today the men too are striving not to be outdone. But, if you cannot go to a parlour or are pressed for time, there are many easy steps for pedicure at home. Here are a few tricks and techniques for doing pedicure at home.

The first among steps for pedicure at home are collecting the proper equipment for it. You will need a small tub for soaking your feet, a couple of nail clippers, files, pumice stone, cuticle stick and nail polish.

Once your feet are dry it is time to apply nail polish. For pedicure at home, begin with a clear base coat, so that the polish does not yellow your nails. Then apply the colour of your choice.
