Dark leafy vegetables

This is found plenty in the dark leafy vegetables. Vitamin C is needed to increase the absorption of iron and thereby providing a healthy scalp and nails.
Beans
All beans and lentils are foods for strong nails. These are rich in biotin, iron and protein. Biotin helps with the growth of hair and nail. The iron and protein is used for strengthening them. Milk and eggs are also products that are rich in biotin.
